I’m Michael Spector, an independent transport consultant working through Michael Spector Consulting Ltd. I support developers, public-sector organisations and other consultancies with transport planning, traffic modelling and technical advice.

My experience combines previous consultancy roles with independent practice, covering Transport Assessments, Transport Statements, Travel Plans, junction analysis, microsimulation and strategic modelling. I also use GIS and transport data analysis to inform feasibility studies and proportionate recommendations.

Clients work directly with me from the initial brief through to the agreed deliverables. I undertake defined commissions and contribute specialist technical support within wider project teams.
